At the AGU fall meeting 2023, Dr.Heng Cai presented an invited talk title 'Disaster Resilience Measurement and Modeling through Geospatial Data: Applications and Challenges'.
Dr.Heng Cai also chaired one oral and one poster session titled 'Empowering Resilience to Climatic and Environmental Hazards Through Geospatial Data Science', with co-conveners Dr. Leiqiu Hu, Dr. Olga Wilhelmi, and Dr. Lu Liang.
