Ph.D. students Nazmoon Nahar Sumiya and Palash Chandra Das joined the research group

Welcome our new members! Nazmoon Nahar Sumiya and Palash Chandra Das joined the GeoResilience research group starting August 2023 as Ph.D. students in Geography!

Nazmoon Nahar Sumiya received her Master's degree from University of Manchester, UK. She worked as an Assistant Professor in Geography and Environment at University of Dhaka, Bangladesh before joining TAMU.

Palash Chandra Das received a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Khulna University of Engineering & Technology, Bangladesh, and worked as an Assistant Professor at Khulna University of Engineering and Technology before joining TAMU.
